I began my career in user support in 2006, then moved into enterprise applications, Windows and Linux systems, automation, deployment and 24/7 service continuity. That period taught me not only how technology is built, but how it behaves with real users in real operations.
Since 2021, my work has focused on product management. Across enterprise applications, cloud and managed services products, and enterprise AI initiatives, I connect technical capability with user needs, service boundaries, measurement and operating models.
savas.one is the personal archive where I collect ideas, field lessons and the questions I continue to pursue. The writing is not a service offer; it is an open record of what it takes to build dependable, measurable and sustainable products.
